Sunday, July 21st at 5pm three new members were initiated at the Kinderhook Lodge.
Gifford Hess (named after Gifford Pinchot) was born and raised in the Bronx then moved to Austerlitz at the age of 14. 'Giff' played football at University of Texas and is a keen bowler.
David John Bashford, Sr. has lived in Columbia County all his life. He is up with the larks every morning and enjoys golf and fishing. He is one of those fortunate souls whose profession, construction, is also his hobby.
Jennifer Scott, originally from Westchester County, has lived in Columbia County for the last 14 years. She has been a frequent visitor to the lodge as a member of the East Coast Riders. She is an animal advocate and an officer of the motorcycle safety organization ABATE.
