At an Eagle Scout Award ceremony, ER Steve Race, presents Don Rothwein Jr., of Boy Scout Troop 113, with a certificate, a check, and a US flag previously flown over the capital.
Don became a boy scout in February, 2009. His Eagle Project was the beautification of St. John the Baptist Cemetary & Prospect Hill Cemetery, including scraping and painting sheds, signs, flagpole, and fencing; landscaping and tree trimming; and adding lighting to the flag pole in the American Legion Memorial.
