Once an officer has completed their one-year term as the Exalted Ruler they become eligible to serve as a district-level officer. The district roles are State Vice President and District Deputy. When the one-year district term is completed, their home lodge hosts a homecoming celebration that is attended by members of all the lodges in the district. The tradition includes the signing of a poster by all attendees.
